Delete your account
You can delete your game and everything kept with it at any time.
In the game
The steps are the same on iPhone, iPad, Android and the desk.
- Open Climb From Zero and go to the You tab.
- Tap the Settings button (the gear at the top).
- Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
- Confirm it’s you: with Google or Apple if your game signs in with them, with your password if it uses a username, or by typing DELETE for a guest game.
It happens straight away and can’t be undone. The game starts again from the welcome screen.
By email
If you can’t open the game, write to contact@bitfuzed.com from the email address of the Google or Apple account your game signs in with, or tell us your game’s username. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your game: story progress, lessons, practice rounds, pretend trades, journal notes, your rules, items and settings.
- Your login: username and password, or the link to your Google or Apple account. The Firebase sign-in account is deleted too, and with Apple the game gives back its access to your Apple Account.
- Our records of Climb Pro purchases linked to the game.
- Push tokens for trade alerts, your today’s-round results and the game events recorded for it.
- Sign-in sessions on every device.
What doesn’t
- Your Climb Pro subscription. It’s billed by the store, so cancel it there: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Apple and Google Play keep their own purchase records under their own policies.
- Backups of our database are overwritten within 30 days.
