Terms of use

Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms cover Climb From Zero, made and operated by Bitfuzed (PVT) LTD (“BitFuzed”, “we”), on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web (the desk). By playing you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use the game. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. How we handle information is in our privacy policy.

1. A game, not financial advice

Climb From Zero is a simulation for learning. Every dollar in it is pretend. Prices come from real markets, but the game never connects to a bank, broker, exchange or wallet, and nothing you do in it can win or lose real money. Nothing in the game, its lessons, its characters’ words or this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Results in the game don’t predict results with real money. Trading real money, crypto especially, can lose all of it; only ever trade money you can afford to lose, and consider independent professional advice.

2. Who can play

You need to be at least 18, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.

3. Your account

  • You can play as a guest or sign in with Google, Apple, or a username and password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you’re responsible for what’s done with your account.
  • A guest game can only be reached from the device that started it. To keep it, sign in from the game’s Settings.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see how).

4. Climb Pro

  • The prologue, Chapter 1 and trading with the game’s money until your account first reaches $150 are free, and so are the Foundations and scam-safety lessons, today’s round, 3 blind replay rounds a day and the first two history challenges. Climb Pro adds the rest of the climb (new trades past $150 and the story after it), all the lessons, unlimited replay rounds, every history challenge and leverage. Without it, trades you already have keep running and can be closed.
  • Climb Pro is a subscription, monthly ($7.99 in the US) or yearly ($49.99 in the US), sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the game before you buy and vary by country.
  • The yearly plan may start with a 7-day free trial for accounts that haven’t had one. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the store charges the yearly price.
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm, or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before it ends.
  • Manage or cancel it in your store account: on iPhone and iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the game or your account doesn’t cancel it.
  • Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy.
  • A purchase belongs to one game at a time, wherever that game is played: your phones and your desk. Restore Purchases moves it to the game you’re playing.
  • Climb Pro opens content; it never buys money, XP or progress. When it ends, nothing you’ve played or finished is taken away: new Chapter 3+ scenes, lessons and challenges wait until it’s back.

5. Fair play

Don’t attack, overload or try to break into the game’s servers, automate play, exploit bugs to change your results, or use the game to harm anyone. We may suspend or delete accounts that do. If you find a bug, please tell us.

6. Your content and ours

Your journal notes, trade reasons and rules are yours; you let us store and show them back to you to run the game. The game itself, its story, art, voices, music choices and lessons belong to us or our licensors; you may use them only to play.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving the game and may change, add or remove features, with notice in the game for anything that changes what Climb Pro includes. Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed or unavailable; the game may be unavailable at times for maintenance.

8. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable and your information safe, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any decision you make with real money, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Climb Pro in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game before they take effect. Playing after that means you accept the new terms.
